The ASBCI’s legal firm Chadwick Lawrence has launched a new weekly briefing on employment law, regulatory law, and HR, which will be distributed free of charge to ASBCI members.

Designed to help companies keep ahead of rapidly changing issues around employment as a result of the pandemic, the employment team will comment on, report on, and share guidance on topical issues on a weekly basis.

The weekly briefing will include videos, blogs, and news articles, explaining employers’ legal position on issues such as vaccines, who counts as a critical worker, and Brexit, as well as any changes to the Government’s Job Retention Scheme as they occur.

The bulletin will also alert members to upcoming webinars that may be of interest, the first of which takes place on 24 February and will address the challenges of remote working, managing sickness absence, and an annual salary guide.
