What is a softlines product?
Softlines is a business term for retail store products consisting of textile merchandise, the term is used to define the difference between ‘Hardline’ and ‘Softline’ goods in retail stores.
Softlines can be anything from clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture coverings, rugs, curtains, bedding and even certain styles of lamp shades can be classed as a softline product.
