Eurofins acquires Modern Testing Services

Eurofins Softlines & Leather – Toys & Hardlines (Eurofins S&L-T&H), part of Eurofins CPT International Business Line, has acquired Modern Testing Services (MTS), a full-service safety and quality services provider for the consumer product industry.

Eurofins S&L-T&H is a fast-growing services provider specialising in sustainability, quality and safety solutions for the textiles, leather, footwear, toys, and hardgoods industry. The acquisition is part of Eurofins’ worldwide strategic expansion plan and will accelerate Eurofins S&L-T&H’s goal of becoming a leader in the testing, inspection and certification industry for the consumer products industry.
