Technical visits are arranged throughout the year for members to see and learn about the inner workings of well-known industry companies and organisations. Unprecedented access is granted to provide invaluable first-hand experience and knowledge of the fashion and textile industry.
Members can spend a day visiting some of the industry’s most cutting-edge facilities. From seeing the latest CAD technology, to visiting marketing departments, to learning about advanced laundering techniques, the technical visits on offer give true insight into the day-to-day workings of leading manufacturers, brands, retailers and specialists.
Technical visits to Bureau Veritas, Courtaulds, James Heal, John Smedley and Johnson Cleaners have previously been arranged. Please check the website for future visits.
