Our website is www.asbci.co.uk Members The ASBCI will process the personal data of its members as it is necessary for us to do so in the legitimate interests of the ASBCI and our members in order that they can gain the maximum benefit of their membership of the ASBCI. This is necessary in the legitimate interests of the ASBCI to do so in order to function as a trade body and to benefit its members. 6. How long do we keep Personal Data for
Members We will retain the data for so long as you remain a member, thereafter it will be deleted although we may retain your contact details as a third party (below). Third party We will retain the information in this database indefinitely. Visitors to the website We will keep your Personal Data for as long as is necessary in connection with the purposes set out above, or for as long as you are a customer of the ASBCI. After our relationship is terminated we will keep your Personal Data for a reasonable period, to maintain our records in accordance with the law and our legitimate business needs.
