Trimco Group advances supply chain traceability with two new partnerships.
The companies said the partnership will help brands streamline compliance, improve data accuracy and prepare for regulations such as the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).
‘We are making it significantly easier for brands to turn complex supply chain data into clear, credible product information,’ said Camilla Mjelde, sustainability and compliance director at Trimco Group.
In related news, Trimco has partnered with Zappar to introduce accessible QR codes to the apparel and footwear sector, helping brands improve accessibility for people who are blind or have low vision. The collaboration integrates Zappar’s Zapvision technology with Trimco’s labels, and works with popular accessibility apps like Microsoft Seeing AI and Be My Eyes to deliver spoken product information. Already used in food packaging, the technology is designed to help brands meet inclusion and compliance goals through a single QR system.
