The ASBCI welcomes five new members

The ASBCI’s membership continues to grow as we welcome five new members: Silver Birches Label Co, Qarma Inspect, Shiplines UK, Ameba Systems, and freelance garment technologist Elizabeth Aderinola.

Ameba Systems is a start-up aiming to use the power of AI to solve supply-chain complexity. Co-founder Cedrik Hoffman spoke at last month’s conference on the three Rs of AI.

Qarma Inspect is a cloud-based SaaS solution that empowers brands, retailers, importers and manufacturers to digitise quality inspections, supplier audits and product compliance documentation.

Founded in the 1970s, Silver Birches is a global single-source provider for both brand owners and garment manufacturers of labelling, ticketing and point of sale products, offering a complete range of services from design to completion, while Shiplines is an ocean freight specialist providing both international and domestic shipments and end-to-end customs brokerage solutions.

Elizabeth Aderinola is a freelance multi-product garment technologist specialising in lingerie, swimwear and nightwear with 14 years of experience who is passionate about sustainability and ethical trade.

It was a pleasure to meet and greet representatives of the new member companies as they attended and enjoyed last month’s AI conference.

Elizabeth said: ‘I’m thrilled to be part of the ASBCI community, where I can continue to learn and connect with others in the industry.’
