Hyosung presents expanded sustainable range

Hyosung is presenting an expanded collection of certified sustainable materials at trade fairs this autumn.

The range includes bio-based, recycled and multi-functional fibres, all designed to help its customers make more sustainable choices.

Hyosung is expanding its creora® bio-based elastane offering to include various options for the yarn to be made with a higher content of renewable resources to meet consumer demand for traceable, bio-based products. Hyosung introduced USDA and SGS-certified creora bio-based elastane made with 30% renewable resources in 2021, which has been successfully adopted by global brands.

To help product developers and designers conceive garments made with its innovative yarns, Hyosung will also present fabrics made with its GRS-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled regen Ocean nylon, which is made from discarded fishing nets, along with a broad assortment of multi-function fabrics and concept apparel developed by its Fashion Design Centre.
