The business decided to adopt DeSL’s PLM software when it assumed operational responsibility for two additional portfolio brands in 2023, Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod. The software helped the business transition from manual tracking tools and helped to enhance and streamline product development, providing a centralised platform for collaboration with factories, enabling effective communication, and coordination among all stakeholders.
HATCH Collective has also taken advantage of the integration of the PLM solution with testing processes. Testing reports seamlessly enter the system and are centrally utilised throughout the product development lifecycle. The business has also benefited from the system’s capability to serve as a single source of truth.
