The Qarma Quality & Compliance Index was developed in response to frequent questions from Qarma’s clients about how they compare with other businesses. Now, using the new tool, companies can receive a report that details their maturity score and shows their current performance in quality and compliance. They will also receive an industry benchmark comparison and actionable insights to identify where to improve.
The aim is to provide insights and suggestions that can help drive conversation and actions internally towards improving quality and compliance within a business.
The tool requires users to answer questions about their business but participation is anonymous and information provided is not shared with other users and is used exclusively for comparison purposes.
